We’d like to say a huge thank you to young Alex who is spending two days with us at the moment painting the outside of the building as part of the young offenders’ reparation scheme.
Part of the Museum of British Surfing’s commitment to the local community in Braunton is to give the local youth club the room next to ours rent free to operate from, and we also maintain the outside along with the skate bowl.
Alex got into trouble with the law & is now helping us spruce up the outside of the youth club as part of his community service. He’s doing a great job & has helped our charity save money through his work – cheers Alex!
