1979 - English Surfing Federation was founded

The English Surfing Federation was founded in 1979. Riders began experimenting with twin fin boards, as British shapers like the late Pete ‘Money. McAllum at Ocean Magic, and Chris Jones at Vitamin Sea, pushed the limits of board design and the surfers who were riding them.
